After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe, then place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds Sterling. Because your online card payment is handled by WorldPay on our behalf, we accept a wide range of credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express, JCB, Diners, Laser, Electron and many more. Payment is taken at the point of order confirmation. If there is to be a delay with shipping caused by a temporary stock shortage, you will be contacted by email to see if you wish to cancel your order or wait for new stock. To ensure the safe use of your credit card, we advise that you enter your details on the site as instructed. However, we also provide a ring back service if you prefer where we will call you during normal working hours (Monday to Friday) to take your card details over the telephone - we do not advise that you send us this information by email, fax, or through the post. Goods can be collected from our Chorley shop or can be delivered to your door. All UK Mainland orders of £45.00 or over will be delivered Free of Charge. All UK Mainland orders of less then £45.00 will incur a delivery charge of £5.00. All orders for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man are considered UK Offshore in terms of delivery charges. Hence, regardless of value, all orders for these delivery locations will incur a delivery charge of £7.95, and you should choose this option when ordering, otherwise we will be unable to process your order. Most orders delivered within 2 working days (see terms below). Subject to stock availability, orders will be despatched on the following working day on a next day delivery service. Delivery to offshore UK regions may take up to 3 days. UK deliveries are carried out by Parcelforce. If you are not home at the time of delivery, and your immediate neighbours are also not home, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office and a card will be left for you so that you may collect them yourself from the post office.
